Pauline Fong

Pauline obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Law (PCLL) in 2017. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019 and has practiced various areas of law, including immigration, employment, civil and commercial litigation.
She joined the Vancouver office of Harvey Law Group in 2023 and subsequently obtained the barrister and solicitor licenses in both British Columbia and Ontario, Canada in 2024.
At Harvey Law Group, Pauline advises corporate and individual clients on business and professional immigration, as well as cross-order legal matters covering employment, intellectual property, commercial and business law. She is knowledgeable in a broad range of legal matters involving Canadian and Hong Kong laws. She also has vast experience in serving both MNCs and individual clients and offering them thoughtful and efficient legal solutions.
